Dublin based part-time, hybrid opportunity with growing private nursing home group
Cpl Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, commercially focused Contract Bed Manager. A go‑getter who will drive public bed admissions, occupancy and bed utilisation across a rapidly expanding nursing home group.
This is not a clinical role. This is a revenue-impact, relationship-building, fast‑paced position perfect for someone who understands the healthcare or nursing home industry and thrives in a role where every action drives results. Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager, senior leadership and care coordination teams, you will be the driving force behind the successful acquisition of public beds for the group.
This newly created position plays a critical strategic role in the organisation’s growth plans and will shape best‑in‑class stakeholder agreements for admissions and bed management.
Key performance indicators will include:
- Driving occupancy and revenue.
- Building powerful relationships with hospitals, discharge coordinators and external service providers to increase referral flow and visibility.
- Bringing a commercial mindset to the organisation including SLA development with key stakeholders, forecasting, planning and identifying opportunities.
To be considered for the role, applicants are required to demonstrate their skills as:
- A high‑energy, solutions‑driven operator with a working knowledge of the healthcare or nursing home sector.
- A results driven relationship builder who communicates confidently with hospitals, families, and internal teams.
- Have demonstrated capacity to achieve results through multi-disciplinary and cross-sectoral working in a related service
- Someone who enjoys ownership, pace, and achieving measurable results.
- Organised, proactive and not afraid to make decisions that keep beds filled and admissions flowing.
- Budgetary management experience
- Operational planning and implementation including strategic planning, tendering and SLA development.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
