Immediate contract requirement for an experienced Business Analyst and Process Re-design SME with proven skills in process and workflow transformation.
You will play a key role in refining business and functional requirements, re-designing optimal configuration approaches and processes and driving stakeholder engagement and change adoption on new workflows across the organisation.
Experience required in IBM Maximo or Enterprise Asset Management Systems to support a large-scale configuration and implementation programme.
Role -
· Lead the re-design of to-be workflows and business processes to maximise configuration potential in collaboration with the Solution Implementation Vendor to ensure best-in-class configuration setup and future-proofing.
· Validate existing business and functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and vendor SMEs.
· Engage with Heads of Department, senior managers, team leads and frontline users to communicate workflow changes and drive buy-in.
· Communicate process changes effectively to support adoption.
· Support development of training materials, user journey mapping, and stakeholder communications.
Skills required -
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Process SME in enterprise asset management programmes.
- Proven track record with IBM Maximo and MAS 9 implementations.
- Experience in process re-design and workflow optimisation.
- Ability to translate business needs in requirement specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to translate technical constraints into business language.
- Experience supporting change management and training initiatives.
- Knowledge of operational readiness and technician engagement strategies.
