An immediate long term contract requirement for an experienced Change Manager with a proven track record supporting ERP Transformation Programmes to manage all aspects of Change Management & Communications across the Programme.
My client is embarking on a multi-year ERP transformation programme that is seeking to reshape and modernise their Finance & HR functions and wider Operations.
Skills required
- 7 years+ experience in Business or organisational change management with proven experience in supporting and delivering large scale IT transformation programmes, involving changes to, people, behaviours, ways of working, organisational structures and processes
- Prior experience in Change Management or Project Management roles in ERP transformation desirable
- Degree in an IT related field or Organisational Change and Communications.
- Have a recognised Project Management qualification and a Change Management qualification
- Expertise in designing and leading change and communications
- Excellence in communications development and planning
- Experience in developing and shaping the case for investment and business casing for same
- Experience in mobilising and gaining support of various domains
- Experience in shaping requirements for further consultancy support to procure transformation partner engagement
- Passionate advocate on the importance of people and effective communications
- Trusted partner to colleagues and stakeholders
- Track record of driving cultural change in a complex environment
- Self-starter and pro-active to shape, support and deliver complex change
- Experience of collaborating/leading matrixed teams, where strong influencing and motivational skills are essential
- Experience working with a wide range of external stakeholders including Government Agencies, State Authorities and External Vendors
- Experience in operating within a Public Procurement policy environment.
