My client – a public sector body in Portlaoise requires a Clerical Officer to join their team. This is a Part time, temporary position supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general office administration tasks.
- Preparing, formatting, and distributing documents and reports.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Supporting data entry and database management.
- Assisting with meeting preparation and minute taking, as required.
Essential Requirements:
- 2 years clerical or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
