What you’ll be doing
- Provide consultative support, always aiming to go the extra mile for customers
- Assist B2B clients with queries and technical issues via email, phone, and chat
- Work closely with other teams and product specialists to resolve complex cases
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains consistently high
- Show flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude in every interaction
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in German and English (written & spoken, C2 level)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
