Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HR professionals with strong employee relations expertise to support a fast‑paced, growing environment. This role partners closely with managers, provides day‑to‑day HR guidance, and manages ER issues to successful resolution. This permanent role will be fully onsite in South Dublin, with strong benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide daily HR support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies, legislation, and best practice.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, performance issues, and absence management.
- Support IR/ER processes including preparation for WRC/LC/legal cases.
- Coach managers on people management, performance, and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate HR data, files, and ER case documentation.
- Support implementation of new legislation, including EU Pay Transparency.
- Contribute to inspections and regulatory compliance processes.
- Deliver HR reporting including KPIs, absence, turnover and ER case metrics.
- Identify skills gaps and partner with HR colleagues to deliver development solutions.
- Support with general HR operating standards.
Experience and skills required:
- 4+ years in HR with a strong focus on employee relations management
- Experience with Irish employment law is essential
- Have confidence in sound decision making
- IR experience would be an advantage
- Degree in HR or other related topic is required
