As a Field Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business, engaging with customers face-to-face, and ensuring a smooth journey from first contact through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential residential and business customers.
- Present and sell tailored broadband and telecom solutions.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Consistently achieve targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 18 months’ customer-facing sales experience (field sales, retail, door-to-door, or similar).
- Experience or knowledge of broadband installation and/or telecommunications is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must.
