As a German-speaking Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll be on the front line of the sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, sparking conversations with leading brands, and driving the growth of a world-class marketing technology platform.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our platform.
- Collaborate with experienced SMB Account Executives to create and execute prospecting strategies that generate quality opportunities.
- Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
- Contribute insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen the Outbound process.
- Uphold our core values of accountability, effort, and collaboration in everything you do.
Who You Are
- You're fluent in German and English
- You have at least 9 months of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (BDR/SDR, sales intern, or similar)
- You’re energetic, curious, and love hitting goals
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and love learning new things

- OTE: €67,000 (€43,550 base + bonus and benefits).
