Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speaking with HR candidates in South Dublin who would have experience working in fast‑paced, complex environments, show strong adaptability, and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to supporting managers and employees fully onsite. The role has opened up due to additional needs of the organisation with plenty of opportunity for progression and development. This role will be part of a larger HR team.
Key Responsibilities (Shortened)
- Act as the primary HR contact for your business areas across recruitment, workforce planning and day‑to‑day people support.
- Lead and support on employee relations issues (grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance, WRC preparation) ensuring timely, fair and compliant outcomes.
- Coach and upskill managers to strengthen people‑management capability and drive a high‑performance culture.
- Support organisational change, HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
- Manage HR operations including benefits, contracts, payroll inputs, starters/leavers, and accurate employee records.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employment law, sector regulations and internal policies.
- Provide HR insights and reporting on KPIs such as absence, turnover and ER cases.
- Work with the HR and Talent Development teams to identify and address capability gaps.
- Stay informed on HR/IR trends and support upcoming legislative requirements such as Pay Transparency.
- Carry out additional duties as needed to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Skills and experience required:
- 4+ years HR experience in a complex organisation
- Experience with Irish employment law is essential
- Degree or other third level qualification is required, CIPD would be an added advantage
- Ability to work fully onsite is essential
