CPL Recruitment is working with a well-established professional services firm to recruit an experienced Office Manager for a busy and growing office based in Cork City Centre. This is a fully onsite position offering the opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day running of a professional office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting senior staff, and ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative and organisational activities across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of a busy professional office
Manage general administration, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications
Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries in a professional manner
Support partners and team members with administrative and organisational tasks
Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
Assist with internal processes, reporting, and general office coordination
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
Experience working in a professional services environment is an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
