Senior Full Stack Developer
We are working with a large healthcare organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help design and build modern digital platforms used by clinicians, patients, and operational teams.
This is a hands on engineering role focused on building secure, scalable applications in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Build scalable REST APIs and integration services
- Design responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Contribute to system architecture, performance optimisation, and production support
- Work with cloud native technologies, containers, and CI CD pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Help deliver reliable platforms supporting critical healthcare workflows
Experience
- 6 plus years professional software development experience
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Backend development experience using Node.js,/ Java/ Spring Boot/Python, or .NET
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of secure and scalable system design
