Senior IT Officer (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Cpl are delighted to partner with a highly innovative Irish financial services organisation seeking an experienced Senior IT Officer - GRC to join their growing team. This role suits someone detail‑oriented, analytical, and experienced in strengthening IT controls.

What you’ll do:

·      Develop & maintain IT policies

·      Support NIST, DORA & regulatory compliance

·      Assess and monitor IT & cyber risks

·      Assist with audits & ITGC testing

·      Build Power BI dashboards

·      Use SQL & Python to automate reporting and controls testing

What we’re looking for:

·      Experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance

·      Strong Python & SQL skills

·      Understanding of SIEM, logs, vulnerabilities

·      Excellent documentation & communication skills

Nice to have:

·      ISO 27001, Security+, CISM, CRISC

·      Experience in regulated industries

·      Power BI reporting experience
