Our pharmaceutical client has an exciting requirement for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join their organization for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will provide dedicated HR support to senior leaders, driving OD, Talent Strategies and People projects. Role will be working fully remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Partner with global leaders to align people strategy with business goals
· Collaborate across HR specialisms to provide the correct HR solutions.
· Act as a subject matter expert on talent management, organization effectiveness, and people strategy.
· Ensure strengthen team effectiveness and engagement, but provide best in class advice to all employees
· Manage and support HR projects
· Navigate and influence effectively in a matrixed global organization.
· Support talent processes succession and workforce planning.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 8+ years of HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience, preferably in global organisation.
· Experience supporting senior leaders and partnering on HR strategies
· Strong project management skills.
· Ability to drive organisational effectiveness and talent management initiatives.
· Strong relationship-building skills across various business units teams and geographies.
