Temporary Administrator
Location: Blackrock
Dates: 1st December – 19th December (inclusive)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Rate: €15 per hour
Overview:
We’re seeking a professional and organised Temporary Administrator to provide general office support during a busy period. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a small, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Updating and maintaining internal records and spreadsheets
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Supporting the team with data entry and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
- Greeting visitors and handling queries in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in manner
