Senior Project Manager - Galway & Limerick Based (Remote)
Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering pharmaceutical cleanroom and high-specification fit-out projects from planning through to final handover. The role involves managing programme, site operations, subcontractors, client coordination and ensuring projects are delivered to strict safety, quality and cleanroom standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large pharma fit-out project
- Owning programme, site logistics, resourcing and day-to-day site leadership
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades in a live, fast-paced environment
- Ensuring work is delivered to strict safety, quality and cleanroom standards
- Working closely with QS and commercial teams on cost, variations and risk
- Building strong relationships with client reps, consultants and your site team
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction/fit-out
- Proven track record delivering complex pharma, mission-critical or cleanroom projects
- Strong technical understanding of cleanroom construction and high-spec finishes
- Confident leader who can drive programme certainty, quality and commercial outcomes
- Genuine team player with strong character – they value personality as much as experience
